Dirty, hard to find, door did not close securely; would not eat brakfast or anything else served there

This hotel has seen better days.... needs a lot of TLC to btring it back to standard... stayed the second time just because I had learned my travel needs from this hotel. The rooms are very small... the carpet is dirty on the steps... location of the hotel is out away from city activities.
Surprised it is listed with this Travel online website....

Clerk helpful. Door to room obviously had been pried open in past. Hotel in very poor condition. Location questionable. NOT a conference center. Thanks for money back!

Ick. This is the worst place I ever stayed at. Not only was the room grungy but I also didn't feel safe.

There seems to be two buildings, one of which is newer. The older one is crumby -- small, musty, old. It is in the middle of nowhere.
