we lucked out we had a wonderful suite very spacious for all 5 entertainment center was great for kids of all including husband we ordered dinner downstairs in rec area where kids play very clean actually cleaniest of all (i checked them all) would stay again!!!

This hotel is big, has nice rooms, a good gift shop and a decent continental breakfast. A few minor inconvieniences such as no late night convienence stores in the area and no soap in the bathroom, but those were minor. I would recommend if you are doing an all day at the canyon, to stay at one of the in park lodges and save the trip back in and out of the park to the off park hotels.

The customer service at this hotel was non existent. To give only one example of this (and there were many), I had to call down to the desk FOUR times to find out if there was a charge for toll free numbers dialed from the room. When no one could answer the question (one girl said she didn't know what toll free numbers or 800 numbers were), I finally called the concierge, who didn't know but told me that she would "back me up" if I got charged on my bill.

the room was basic, no refrigerator, no free internet, clean, continental breakfast okay. A bit pricey but price was due to the location. What would have been nice is hotel giving patrons discount on Grand Canyon park entrance. Employees pleasant. Did not use any of the facilities features other than breakfast.

Spent two nights; should have stayed a day longer! Two negatives: the internet connection was horrible! Plan to stay and not be connected. The other negative was the selection of television stations. The staff were super! We will stay there again in the future!
