Minutes from the Grand Canyon, it a perfect place to stay, for those who come from Pheonix, that may want to explore the area. Beautiful Drive going through Sedona and Flagstaff. The Kids Will love the on site, 4 lane bowling alley.

Do not stay here!!! You will regret it!!!

Exceeding expectations

We were pleased to receive an adjustment to a room within the hotel part of this large building complex, to accommodate my elderly mother's needs. The room was quite large, well appointed, and the lobby area was beautiful with a sense of western outdoors - even an interior waterfall and Canyon mural. The restaurant had a well-trained expert staff, and flexibility and service seemed key to all staff (good food as well), who were also very friendly. This was definitely a time when Best Western lived up to and beyond its reputation.

Dirty room, broken bed,no heat and it was 11 degrees out.No high speed internet although they advertise it and I needed it for my business.Water in bathroom inhabitual per sign in room. Toaster fire in dining room.Contacted manager who offered no resolution.Contacted corporate office. They agreed stay was substandard but failed to resolve .Just the worst experience ever.

"Convenient to Grand Canyon, but need more English "

It was hard to check-in because the front desk clerks are not fluent in English. Otherwise, this is a great location if you are visiting Grand Canyon. Hot tub was too dirty to use which was a disappointment.
