Excellent spacious rooms, good restaurants and a bowling alley - key highlights for the hotel. Located right at the south rim entrance, hotel had something to offer to all ages.

Much nicer than what you'd expect from a Best Western...registration desk folks were friendly & helpful....room quite large, very comfortable beds (queens)...bowling alley on ground floor was a lot of fun & busy (6 lanes, 10-pin)...buffet breakfast (hot & cold) was quite good. No complaints at all, recommended to all. Did not eat in dinner restaurant.

Has lot to offer if you have kids. The room was dirty and found dirty dishes at the free breakfast. The food offered was on the buffet was not that great but it was free. I would not stay here again simply because the room was dirty.

Chose this hotel because of all the review talk about how great it was for kids. While that is true, the cleanliness (or lack thereof) overshadows the activites for kids. Bugs and hair all over the bathroom just turned us off completely and for the price, I would have preferred to stay in the new hotel across the street. While it was a holiday weekend and understandable that they were busy, our room was not available at check in (I guess it really wasn't ready even when got it because it was still dirty). Jusy plain yucky!
