only had problems with food service at the pool...very slow, poor quality but they got us new food and took care of it....Chef is a great guy.....loved the fireplace at night...pools during the day and night...great bar, bar staff could use some training, i travel alot and get tired of staff talking to each other just as they would if they were alone, but its my HUGE petpeeve...great rooms....wonderful views, we are returning as soon as the weather gets warm...cannot wait to play golf!!

My husband, our 3 children, and myself enjoyed a long and wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at the Hyatt. The indoor pool, "dive-in" movies, tennis, mini golf, and beautiful scenery for long walks provided great enjoyment. The food service was extremely difficult. High prices, few choices. This was our 4th visit and it is always the same. We keep going back and putting up with the dining issues because the rest of the hotel is soooo nice!

My husband and I went here for a "romantic" getaway and had a GREAT time. The facilities, the food, and the rooms (esp. the comfy beds)were awesome. The customer service was the BEST I have ever had in any hotel. The Winter Garden pool area was warm and tropical. We will most definitely go back and bring the kids!

We stay in resorts for vacation, and are very picky. This place is wonderful. The views of the water were surprisingly gorgeous.
