Family with 2 kids spent 3 nights here. Location is excellent - across street from Gloucester Rd tube. Did not eat at hotel, as had good selection of cheaper alternatives across the street ranging from Burger King to Starbucks, to Pastry stores (2) and 2 grocery shops. Bank and post office nearby. Would stay there again. Beds a little soft but no big deal.

The beds and pillows were too hard for my husband but fine for me. Large bathroom, great shower. Ask for garden side of hotel. Very pretty and quiet. Tube and bus very close by. We never ate at hotel..plenty of restaurants near and grocery store across street. :)

This hotel was in a great location, directly across the street from the tube. Herrods was a 20 minute walk away as well as the V&A Museum and the Natural History Museum. Close to many eateries. Rooms were comfortable. Concierge was very helpful. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, nice service, great central location -- but beware of 45 euro taxi cab ($90 US) from airport to hotel! Take train from Heathrow to Gloucester Road underground station for a total of $8 euros ($16 US dollars)!

We only stayed 3 nights, but a great location. Gloucester St. Tube station right across street. Went elsewhere for breakfast, too pricey...beds and pillows too hard for us...a little below Holiday Inn Standards, but location was worth it...staff very nice.
