Wife and I stayed a week for vacation. Convenient. Right across from Glouster Road tube station. Starbucks, restaurants, internet cafe, shops within a block. Safe area-no concerns about walking neighborhood at night. Very comfortable room. May be small by US standards, but had everything we needed. Would stay there again. Recommend it highly.

The room was plenty big enough for the four of us. It was clean. The bathrooms are outdated and our toilet had too little water pressure to flush at times - it did but you had to persist. VERY convenient to everything.

Rooms are small by American standards but large for Britain. Helpful concierge. Great residential location - close to Tube and walk to Harrods. Pubs & groceries close to hotel so don't need to eat in. We'd come back for the great deal!

This hotel is close to a tube, but is pricey. We listened to the Concierge and were extremely misled. They told us we could go to Oxford and Stonehenge in one day. It isn't possible. There was other awful advice. If you stay here know what you are doing and plan ahead.
