Loved the Kensington Area

I just returned from traveling to London with my 15 year old daughter, her friend and my 7 year old daughter. We upgraded to a suite at the hotel which was a loft with a spiral staircase. Too fun. The Tube access is across the street. The area is full of restaurants, groceries and a pharmacy. We walked up to Hyde Park and all around. It was safe, people were friendly and my 15 year olds even wenet on the Tube themselves: up to Harrods at Knightsbridge and Picadilly Circus area. We had a ball. I am so glad for the previous reviews because that is what convinced me to stay in that area.
Comfortable Stay

Great Location near tubes that can take you anywhere. Taxis were also available. Restaurants nearby that offered great breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very accomadating. Don't miss Covent Gardens which is not far if you take the tube. There you find a great ambiance, shopping and restaurants,

the hotel was very easy to get to and from everywhere. the underground entrance was across the street, with different lines of trains to take you where you wanted to go. there were several restaurants and pubs to chose form. the area was safe day and night. the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. we loved our stay.

nice room and nice size for London, Friendly staff, Close to sation and eating places. Take the regular tube from Airport not the Express.

Wife and I stayed a week for vacation. Convenient. Right across from Glouster Road tube station. Starbucks, restaurants, internet cafe, shops within a block. Safe area-no concerns about walking neighborhood at night. Very comfortable room. May be small by US standards, but had everything we needed. Would stay there again. Recommend it highly.
