This hotel is very conveniently located to the cruise ship pier. Good staff, very accomodating.

we stayed the first 2 days before boarding the cruise ship. we were treated well, pool great, we were able to check in right away BEFORE 3:00 pm. when we stayed after our cruise, no check in till 3, room smelled bad, elevator doors stuck usually with me in it. maids knock on door to clean at 8 am, while i'm trying to sleep, acted like they were trying to get us out quick. baggage help was great, the rest eh....will stay else where if I go back.

excellent location, right next to old san juan, across the street from cruise ships, great view of harbor, rooms ok, poor public areas, no beach nearby

Hotel tried to charge me for meals supposed to be provided with package. When I complained they removed the charges but then re-added them later, to a second charge on my credit card, after I was gone! Don't stay here unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Location was great. Service was good. But, there was no coffee shop or Sundry Shop on the premises.
