I stayed at this hotel 1 day before my cruise and I was given a beautiful large room with a small balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff was wonderful. I really enjoyed my 1st stay at this hotel. However, I also stayed at this hotel 1 day after my cruise but, unfortunately, I was given a regular room with NO VIEW. Needless to say, my return visit to this hotel was not as pleasant as my first one. All in all, this hotel is in a great location, it is very clean and the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I recommend staying at this hotel with a room with a view!

we were there when a festival was going on, it was so wonderful to see so many people having fun. we loved the atmosphere, the food was ok, the room was clean and we were able to check in at 11amthe view from the pool area was amazing. we went walking up and down the streets, was nice to see all the little shops that locals love to be in.

We were given a BEAUTIFUL room, high up with a small balcony overlooking the harbour. The hotel was spotless clean throughout, and the staff was wonderful. Our stay at the Sheraton was so relaxing and pleasant, that we wished that we had spent the week at the hotel instead on our cruise ship.Old San Juan is dream place to explore and shop, far, far nicer than any of the five ports of call we visited while on our cruise.I highly recommend Old San Juan as a destination, and the Steraton as The Place To Stay.
