Very nice, clean hotel with great service and large rooms w/beautiful showers. Fitness room's a little too hot and parking is too expensive at $25/night. Those are the only flaws; otherwise a tremendous bargain.

We stayed at the Hotel Godin for 5 nights in May. It just so happened that it was one of the warmest weeks of May on record in Montreal (temps 85-90 F!). The first night it seemed that the A/C was not working properly, however the next day it was fixed and for the rest of the stay the room temp was comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, and had great service. We called the desk when our television "froze" and within two minutes a hotel employee was at the door to help us! Overall I would reccommend the Hotel Godin to anyone staying in the Montreal area.

Hotel Godin was as described. Room was large and interesting. Hotel was coll and service was very good. They are not yet up and running the restaurant or the Bar a little dissapointing. The area is up and coming with good restaurants a stroll away and loads of shopping.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and centrally located. The beds are impressively soft. The staff was attentive and friendly. All of this is perfect for a business traveler. However, the hotel is not romantic at all. It is in fact spartan with tiny vanities and no baths in many of the rooms, making it an unlikely choice for a couple.
