The Residence Foch is a charming small hotel. We were there end of Jan/beginning of Feb 2009. It is in a great location, close to where the airport bus drops you off, close to a metro station, and walking distance to quite a few places to eat as well as shopping. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated, and inexpensive. The bathroom as large by Parisien standards, and my daughter loved that the shower had great water pressure and really hot water! The best feature of this hotel however, is it's staff. They are visibly anxious to please, and genuinely concerned that you have everything you need. Would definitely staty here again!
Simply the Best!

Hotel Residence Foch has it all: a quiet setting in a high-class residential neighborhood; a perfect location within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Metro, and tour buses; artful French decor in the well-appointed rooms; and a generous breakfast buffet to provide fuel for your day. But most of all, there is the staff. Nellie and her desk staff could not be nicer or more helpful, and someone is there 24/7 to take care of every need. They truly make you feel like family. My wife marveled at the bed (which was very comfortable) being made within an inch of its life every day. The smaller single and double rooms we saw are adequately sized, especially for the price, while the “family” rooms (suites) are more spacious -- some even with 5th or 6th-floor terraces overlooking adjacent courtyards. Our room (40) was one of the biggest and had plenty of space. I’ve been to 5-star hotels from Rome to Chicago and if you need that level of amenities (gym, restaurant, etc.), this isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for unending charm, the warmth of a home away from home, peace and quiet, and incredible value, the Hotel Residence Foch cannot be beat.
