Best Option on this Side of Town

I don't understand why the travelocity rating is only 2 stars. This hotel was new, the beds confortable, decent sized rooms, very clean and the staff was very kind/helpfull and in my opinion un-matched at any other B-N area hotels (we frequent the area). My only complaint would be that the doors are a little thin so hallway noise was an issue briefly. We called the front desk and a staff member was on the floor in minutes taking care of the problem. The breakfast was one of the best continentals and the lobby is upscale for this level establishment.
