Spent fall break with my wife and kids. One block from Nordstroms so that was a big plus. We could walk to Water Tower from Hotel . This is a great place if you want to room with your kids. Our room had two queen size beds that were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and polite. There was a short delay in checking in but they bought all four of us breakfast the next morning. If you want to see the sites and shop this is a great place to stay.
Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Rooms were very clean but somewhat small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Chose hotel since it had a pool and the pool was very small. Would not choose hotel if going with children who want to swim. Location is good, about 3 blocks from Michigan Ave, and right by Grand train stop, so easy to get to. Train is underground so noise not a concern. Would definitely recommend hotel for adult stay.
Excellent hotel with super staff!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Hilton. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The grill restaurant within the hotel was nothing special but it did do a brilliant breakfast! The hotel staff were excellent at recommending nearby restaurants, as well as making any reservations required. The complimentary strawberries and champagne for our anniversary was an especially nice touch. If visiting Chicago again, I will deffinitely stay here and would also highly recommend it to anyone.

All experiences with the staff were positive. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect. The train was right out the door, Michigan Avenue only a few blocks away, a great jazz club within two blocks, and many good restaurants close by. We could walk to many attractions from this location too! I would definitely stay here again!
