if your needs are to be towntown this is the spot

customer service was awful!! the room was really tiny and the decor was very 80s. the pillows way too fluffy and we did complain 3 times in the 3 nights that we stayed there. we like flat pillows and no one were able to help us out on that or even bother to get back to us like promised. its really should not be that big of a request to accomodate us with comfort. and the walls were really thin. we would hear people early in the morning. our 2nd day there we forgot to put out a do not disturb sign and somehow housekeeping was knocking at 8:30 am. we won't be staying there again!

We stayed here on our family vacation. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel's close proximity to public transportation meant we didn't need our car at all to go sightseeing. There is a subway stop on the corner and there are several restaurants and terrific shopping within three blocks.

We received two business calls from Ottawa on 3 May at the hotel. No problem. That evening our daughter called from Toronto and was told we were not registered there. She became very concerned for our safety and called several Hilton locations trying to locate us. We had to request house keeping on two occaisions to supply items overlooked when the room was made up.

A wonderful place to stay at a reasonable cost considering the great location to shopping, the subway, sight-seeing, etc.
