My husband and I just returned from Tokyo having stayed at the Palace Hotel. Fantastic visit from the moment we arrived. Exceptionally friendly staff and very good room service. Highly recommend - location great as well!

"Right across from Imperial Palace, 5 minute walk to Ginza (best shopping), Financial District, Tokyo Station (trains to everywhere) Having traveled to Tokyo about 30 times - I think this is probably one of the best Locations to stay at if you want to tour Tokyo for it's cultural, history and charming diversity."

The location of the hotel is excellent. It has great amenities (including free internet in the rooms). The room decor was a little dated but very clean and functional. Its a great place to stay!
World Class Service/Location at a Reasonable Price

Despite its aging facade, this hotel defines world class service and has excellent facilites and an unbeatable location. The executive rooms are spacious (and have king beds, contrary to a previous review). Restaurants are first class but expensive (reasonably priced takeout food is available from a stand in the lobby by the Swan Restaurant). Marunouchi is a five minute walk and there are lots of restaurants and shops there. Well equipped health facility free for guests (unlike many other Tokyo hotels). Free high speed internet (but not wireless).
