Stayed here for Australian Open. Paid through a travel agent in November - an 'all inclusive' package. Then, the hotel billed my credit card in April for the stay. NEVER EVER give them your business!

We have stayed at this Hotel the last two times we have been in Melbourne and now wont stay anywhere else. There was no noise from the 11th or 14th floors where we stayed and we were at the front of the building opposite the train tracks! They even left a welcome back note in our room and some yummy cookies.(very nice touch). We will be going back again soon.

If you like noise then this is it - positioned next to major train line which went all night and rooms not double-glazed.I asked staff if we could be moved but they were not helpful at all - Give this one a big miss!

This place would have to be the place Faulty Towers was based on. Hotel is right in front of train tracks and is so noisy you'll never sleep! BEWARE!!

Our stay was wonderful...very welcoming staff, clean well designed room and great location. The access to the athletic club was a great plus also. We are definately returning to this hotel. A great representative of the Clarion Hotel line.
