Most recent stay was in January, but have stayed many times before. WONDERFUL - we're in college - pricey but SO WORTH IT!! The view is INCREDIBLE!! (Ask for the 33rd floor facing the city!) Can't be beat!! And only a few blocks from Grand Central! Staff is wonderful - A+ hotel!!! You won't be dissapointed!!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The service was excellent. The only complaint that I have is that the water was cold when I was showering.

Room was not very clean and staff was not overly friendly or helpful. Doorman excellent and best source of info. About ny. Hard to catch cab. Only one medicore resteruant. View magnificent! Far away from most attractions.

I have enjoyed this hotel many times over the years. The staff is most helpful and the rooms are spacious and well decorated.

found the hotel on internet. rooms where large ours had a fridge and a stove. we had great veiws of the city. would stay there agian,on our next trip to the city. the only bad thing was the beds,it's like sleeping on bricks. asked for another room,but all the beds are had as bricks.other than the beds the hotel is great.am planning my next stay already.
