Good Hotel

Good Hotel, nice, clean, great comfy beds. Everything was just fine. Staff for breakfast were outstanding. Very nice and very well trained. There were a ton of kids staying at the hotel for a baseball tournament, and this did not affect our stay in the least. Just a nice place. Very good breakfast too--great omelets! i would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Wonderful place to stay after extremely long day

We were returning from a stressful Christmas stay in the Chicago area and a six hour delay at O'Hare. We arrived at 1:04 a.m., extremely tired, and decided not to drive the hour home. We found a hotel service kiosk by baggage claim where my husband called the Hilton based on the name and nearby location (about half a mile). The lobby was pretty and welcoming. It was easy to get a cart to transport our luggage. Our room had two queen beds for my husband, our grade school-age child and me. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the down comforter was just right. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom had an elegant granite countertop and big, very soft towels. In the morning we had a "self-serve" brunch buffet with a very friendly server who delivered my food to our table when the French toast was cold and needed to be remade. He served us other food, too, and didn't charge us anything. The three of us were so happy to sit in the tastefully decorated, comfortable dining area and chat. Afterwards, we hung out by the gas fireplace, glad to relax. Although the pool looked very nice, we checked in too late to use it and needed to sleep late in the morning. Overall, the Hilton was a lovely, very comfortable, friendly hotel , plus it was a great value for the money. I recommend this hotel enthusiastically.
New hotel, not clean, rude help

I stayed at this Hilton becaue of the name. The hotel is new, and thus pretty. The room however, was not clean(trash cans wernt empty and bed sheets had hair on them), and the toilet was dirty. I had a late check in, the staff made me feel like i was putting them out, and that they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there. For the price, Id expect better. The pool however was great. It would be worth staying again if I was sleeping in the pool. Nice hotel, but service and staff need work.
