Nice hotel with good breakfast, excellent location, and friendly staff. Will stay here again when in Moab.
Not too tidy for the money

TheMoab Valley Inn was no bargain. The hallways were long and dark and the carpet in the room looked old and dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and the beds were too springy. The most unsettling thing was that the housekeeping staff, were all Hispanic women who had their young children in strollers out in the halls while they cleaned the rooms. These were babies, toddlers and four and five year olds, sitting in strollers with no toys, no interaction. It was very disturbing. We checked out and went to the Best Western up the street.

"Friendly staff; excellent service. Rooms larger than expected. Better than average breakfast buffet. Right across the street from the Moab Brewery, with good food as well as beer. Short drive to the busier part of Main St. and shopping. Simple, but very clean and a good value."

We needed a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay in Moab for six days and this place was just right. Not fancy, but clean. Right outside of the noisy end of town. Good place to crash after a full day of hiking around. Our only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast bar. Maybe add yogurt and/or bannanas instead of canned fruit cocktail. We will stay here again.

very spacious rooms - had 2 queens and sofa sleeper. Outside looks like older, but don't be fooled -- this is a clean place with excellent pool and hot tub, quiet location -- will stay here again when in Moab
