When we walked in the place was very nice looking and there was a security guard at the door. The frontdesk staff was not exactly friendly but ok. Then the room was very clean and nice beds.

I've stayed here several times when traveling through Niagara Falls. The staff is freindly, it's walking distance to the falls and you get free breakfast. It's not the Hilton, but it's a great value for the money.
