Problematic Parking

I was disappointed with the parking. They really do not have enough spaces for all guests. Nonetheles they assured us on the phone that parking was available. This created a BIG problem and an inconvenience for me.

Glad to see they took parking out of the amenities. When we booked our Christmas trip, they said they had parking. They had a dozen spaces for over 100 rooms and you only got a space if somebody left. Everything wonderful except the anxiety of waiting to have a parking space in a heavily crowded urban neighborhood with virtually no street parkng. They also "forgot" to give Fed Ex my pick up two days running. Uneven desk staff -- some super great, some brain dead and defensive. Otherwise terrific, clean, great breakfast, good business center, beautiful pool!

Limited parking, if your not there early you are leftto park on the street, which is difficult and not safe. Hotel room I stayed was small and the bathroom was the size of a closet.

Close to everything. Nearby bus stop to Old San Juan,75 cents.Breakfast was good. Internet,pool,gym elevator availabe. Bed linen impressive. Large fluffy towels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Needed more bathroom counter space.

It was my first stay at this hotel. I was very impressed. I stayed at other Hotels in the Condado area and I was pleased with this one. The staff was great. The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great. They had juice, coffee, boiled egg, fruits, cereals, a variety of breads, muffins and pastry, bagels etc., Did not had to spend money for breakfast. The pool and jaccuzi was great and cleaned every morning. The access to that area was available till the late evening. Location is great cannot go wrong. I will be back!
