Classic Hyatt

I love the classic Hyatt design, the big interior lobby with the glass elevators. This is a very nice property, clean, well-staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people. My stay was quick so I did not get to see the entire property. The view from the 18th floor towards Orlando was fabulous, what a sunrise! The only complaint is that the bed was too firm for my taste.

The property was lovely. The service was outstanding, the housekeeping awful! The night of arrival we found a glass shard on the bath floor. Day 2 after housekeeping we fund a large ball of unknown hair on the bath floor and burnt matches on the carpet. We felt unclean in the room.

We had a great time enjoying the hotel. Service was good too.The pool is open 24 hrs. We can see fireworks in our balcony and we enjoyed biking, paddle boat and canoeing. The garden was gorgeous! The only complaint I had was the shower flooded. It was room. Plumbing needs improvement bad.

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is a hotel you will love and hate all at the same time. You will love your spacious villa so much that you will hate that the hotel offers so much to do on site. You’re going to have to leave the room sooner or later. The grand villas have all the touches you would expect: great views, a full kitchen, separate living and dinning areas, a hot tub, and everything else. There is so much to see and do here that you may forget about Disney or any of the other close theme parks. The pool is a godsend for restless kids. It’s huge! It has two slides, waterfalls everywhere you look, and three hot tubs. If for some reason the kids get tired of the pool, just ship them off to Camp Hyatt. Camp Hyatt is a great place for kids to spend the day having fun.
