Paris Perfect

We visited Paris for 5 days and the Splendid Etoile was the perfect hotel! We were close to shopping, restaurants and of course...the Champs Elysees. Our room was clean and rather large. Our bathroom was very nice. The bar was comfy. We had a perfect corner room view of the Arc de Triomphe. And the best part...the staff is exceptional!! The concierge got us reservations at the Jules Verne Restaurant in the Eiffel Tower (very hard to get) on short notice and even loaned my husband a tie. We would definately rebook there again!

We loved the hotel. It's across the street from the Air France bus stop. Also the metro station. We've traveled around the world and never have found hotel employees as helpful as the ones here. We had some problems with apurchase we made in Paris. The staff made phone calls for us and were extremely helpful in helping us resolve the problems. One member of the staff accompanied us by cab to an office where only French was spoken. They felt it was there job to be as helpful as possible. Can't say enoughgood things about them.

The front desk people spoke perfect English and were helpful. Our room was clean and confortable. Room service breakfast was delicious and on time each morning. Air France Bus is across the street, Metro steps away from the front door, bus service across the street. Rooms were quiet because of double windows. We will stay here again next time we visit Paris.

The staff was wonderful. The location was great. The room was quite small, but that might just be the case in Paris.

Our room was perfect with the Arc right out our window. Bars in the area were great, and shopping on the Champs was just around the corner. It was easy to tell taxis where to go because of the location.
