First best trip to Paris

"This is a great hotel with the best possible location, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes with in walking distance.The elevator to the Metro is just 4 steps in front of the hotel and the Air France bus stop is across the street; we used it to and from CDG, very convenient.The Champs Elysses just around the corner.We had 2 good size, clean, quiet rooms w/ nice bathrooms and a perfect view of the Arc.The concierge and the staff were all very helpful, pleasant and friendly. ( multilingual).We will stay in this hotel again. =)"

*Staff-helpful,fluent English*We expected very small room bur actually it was big enough for two of us.(beds are smaller than American's) **Supurb location-Air-france Shuttle stops right in front of hotel, very close from Metro Stations, and Tour-bus stops. Also this hotel is located at the end of Champs Elysees, so it is not too crowded, not too touristy but still easy to visit most major tourist sites*Small refriger and very small TV in the room*Breakfast buffet is quite expensive (well, everything is soooo expensive in Paris!!!)and they serve same thing everyday.

I stayed at Splendid Etoile Hotel for 3 nights on Dec. 2006. I had a clean room facing the Arc de Triomphe and I enjoyed my stayed there very much. The location is great. The Air France Bus Stop and the metro station are across from the hotel. You can walk to the champs Elysees. The staff at the hotel was very friendly.

We loved everything abut this hotel! Great location and superb staff! Room was perfect (overlooking the Arc). Would definately return!

This hotel is located at possibly the best location for access to most of the best sites in Paris. Good value, service and a helpful staff.
