I was very impressed by the friendly staff. After first day they remembered my name. Nice central location. The doorman always offered directions or a cab.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were great. They accommodated my request for two beds even though the reservation was initially set up for one. The concierge was friendly and helpful. When I asked if the front desk would hold my bags past checkout, they offered to extend my checkout time an hour and a half. There was a weird smell in the hallways. It didn't really bother me, even though I am usually very sensitive to perfumes, but my traveling companion complained about it. I think it must be an air freshener that they use at these hotels because I remembered it from another Hyatt Regency I stayed at. The room was a little stuffy, but not unbearable. There was a lot of mildew in the shower. It was cleaned adequately, but needed to be re-grouted or at least bleached. The parking garage is not part of the hotel and it was expensive with no in and out privileges,, but located right next door. When I was checking in a man came down to the front desk to say that he was given the key to an occupied room - a little disconcerting. My own room key had to be reprogrammed twice which was an inconvenience. My biggest complaint was the additional charge for internet access, both wireless in the room and in the business center. It doesn't cost the hotel any more for people to tap into an existing wireless system and the room charges were more than enough to warrant "free" internet access. The location was good if you were not driving - too many one way streets and construction. Take a cab or walk.

Had a great stay in one of my favorite cities. The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from South Station which mackes getting to the hotel from the airport a snap. Its a long walk from the hotel to the convention center but on a nie day, the walk is faster than sitting in a cab!
The hotel is right at downtown crossing so there is shopping all around, Boylston Street and Newbury Street have more great shopping and are walking distance. Emerson College and theater district is right there too. A short cab ride brings you to the North End for delicious Italian food.
Really comfy beds and nice rooms though they are a little small. Friendly helpful staff too! I would stay there again no doubt!

this hotel is well located and the staff is always nice since you enter and prompt to give directions and help with questions. On the other hand, the room was spacious but some parts needed more attention, especially the restroom that had dirty tile and a stained dirty door. The room service for water is extremely expensive and slow.
