We go to Yosemite once a year and this trip we stayed at Pine Arbor Retreat, a three bedroom vacation rental in a community of Yosemite West. Yosemite West is located inside the gates of the Park , just off Hwy 41 (also known as Wawona Road), which makes it really convenient to get to the Valley as well as Glacier Point
.
For this May trip , my wife and I took 8 friends with us to Yosemite to explore the hiking trails and Yosemite Valley. We stayed three days in the park .and had a great time. What was unique about these accommodations was the size of the living room and its large couch that allowed all of us to share without crowding. The house is surround by tall pine and oak trees which give it a forest feel to the place. There is an outdoor deck off the living room that allows you to look out over the forest. Great place to relax after hiking all day.
