Great place to just relax and unwind. Resort has a fishing pier for those lazy days. Great restaurants nearby. Personal recommendations are: Lucky Dill and Deli, a New York style Jewish deli; The Old School House for great home cooked style meals and; The Bread and Butter, for a GREAT selection of salads, soups, pastries and a variety of Greek, Italian and American prepared foods.

Quick Tips:

Bush Gardens just 40 minutes away. St. Petersburg and Clearwater are about 30 minutes away.

Recommend a Deep Sea Fishing Trip out of either Clearwater Beach or Maderia Beach.

Best Way To Get Around:

In and near the resort suggest a Bicycle, otherwise a car.

Best Things Nearby:
Close to Tarpon Springs, Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater.

Best Things About the Resort:
The unit was very large and very clean. It was very Quiet and a GREAT PLACE TO RELAX.

Resort Experience:
The unit was very large and very clean. We were extremely impressed at how clean and large the unit was. The unit was actually a house on stilts. It consisted of a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, a spare bedroom with two twin beds and another spare bedroom with a twin fold out coach and bunk beds.

The living room and kitchen were fairly large and had everything needed. There was also a second full size bathroom. Off the living room was a nice sized screen room, which also provided a stairway to an upper level private porch.

The swimming pool was very clean and the staff nice.

The drive to Tarpon Springs was only five minutes. Busch Gardens took about 40 minutes. St. Petersburg and Clearwater are about 30 minutes away.
