Classico has a relatively small a la carte menu. We chose one of their seasonal tasting menus. There is a 3-course or an 8-course option. We went on a Tuesday when both tasting menus and the wine accompaniment menu were discounted. With the discount, the 8-course meal was $65 CAD per person and the wine was $35 CAD. They have an extensive wine list, but most of the bottles were $70 or more, making the wine choice pretty straight forward. Not only did we get more wine for the money with the wine-tasting option, the wine selections were made by a professional familiar with both the menu and the hotel's wine stock.
