A quaint, charming world of its own, a sort of distant paradise. The pool is the focal point - soothing and refreshing and the sound of running water is an elixir which gives the 12 all Suite Boutique Hotel a tranquility that is beguilingly addictive. Conceived as an adult-experience, The Suites, scattered around the pool are endowed with different motifs - the Sea, the Fields, the Mountains and Castle which give one the very aroma of Goa.

But its greatest attraction is the Ayurveda Centre designed to tone up your body, mind and soul. It is the only Boutique Hotel which is built on the lines of a natural, traditional architecture concept using exposed masonry. Eco-friendly and with the minimum use of resources, it uses Goa laterite stones liberally, hence the glow it emits is distinctly Goan. The twittering of birds and a variety of flora and fauna enhance this other-world charm that makes your stay a tryst with nature and a solace for the soul.

The Sun Room
A short drive away from the Calangute beach situated on a hill, this is a resort that accords perfect privacy to its residents and offers the best ambience without the frills associated with a five-star luxury resort.

The host and hostess are a well travelled couple who have been involved in the hospitality industry as well as interior design. They take special care of the guests. The two burly dogs look ferocious but are really playful.

This small boutique spa has 12 rooms each based on a certain cosmic element, like sun, star etc. The furnishing, the decor and the full color combination of the interiors of the room enhance the appeal and give it the feel of the cosmic element it is based on.

The cuisine is eclectic and the dining area is just next to the swimming pool. ayurvedic massages and treatments are provided here.

Nilaya Hermitage is truly magnificient and worth all the money one will spend in staying there.
