St.Irene, Kariye Museum, Pammakaristos Monastery Church, Mosque of Eyup Sultan, Suleymaniye Mosque, The Blue Mosque, Ahrýda Synagogue, Zulfares Synagogue, Neve Shalom, Hagia Sophia.

Quick Tips:

All above churches, mosques, synagoges are situated in the Sultanahmet district. So you can have a guide and in walking distances you can see all above masterpieces.

Of course walking.
Istanbul is host to numerous churches, mosques and synagogues from every architectural period imaginable. In the part of town inside the city walls called the "historic peninsula", you can find many orthodox churches dating back to 400 AD. Most of these are still open for worship. Some, however, have been converted into museums.
