Overview

Quote:
For our honeymoon, we took a Holland America cruise (a.k.a, the Geritol of the Sea). The average age on the ship was about 99. So we felt pretty young. It was a quiet trip, which was what we wanted, given that we had just gotten married the week before.

Quick Tips:

Lose weight before the trip, because the average person gains a pound a day on a cruise.

The rooms were small, but very clean. Since we didn't spend that much time in the rooms, the size of the room didn't make a big difference.

The food was fantastic. Filet mignon, caviar, baked Alaska. Full course meals every day. The waiters were very helpful. Room service was free, 24-hours a day.
