Disneyland Paris - A Whole New World

Overview

My favourite things in the Disneyland Park are Pirates of the Caribbean and Phantom Manor. I'm not going to say anything about them, you just have to experience them yourself! A really memorable moment for my last visit was The Yacht Club Restaurant in the Hotel New York - read more in my guide! The Christmas season is a great time to visit - the whole place just seems magical - I highly recommend going then - and the Christmas fireworks are awesome. Quick Tips: Stay on Site in a Disney Hotel. It's not much more expensive than staying off-site and it makes the whole visit 100 times better. When you first walk into the Disneyland Park, you hear the music and see the sites of Main Street USA set out in front of you. You also see Sleeping Beauty's Castle, the icon of the park. Main Street is a turn of the century victorian street, and houses a range of shops and food outlets. There are some great hidden details here as well. The first place I usually go is Frontierland. This is the wild west at its high, at the centre is the Big Thunder Mining Co which houses Big Thunder Mountain, and overlooking the hill is the Spooky Phantom Manor. Adventureland is more like the jungle. It has some great attractions and is the most beautiful of all the lands at night. Fantasylan...Read More
