Another month and time for another team dinner in Amsterdam and the chosen restaurant was Simpel, a small place in the south of the city not far from the Rijksmuseum on a street called Ferdinand Bolstraat. It may sound familiar to anyone interested in old radio sets because it was often one of the cities listed on the front of old radio sets since it was the home of Radio Netherlands. These days it’s better known as the home of Endemol, the company that brought you shows like Big Brother.I met my friends at the station and we drove to the restaurant which was situated on a quiet street of grand old houses, most of them now offices and business HQs. I used to go to H...Read More
