Well we had a day off and we arrived in Den Bosch. Of course we visited the St. January You do not even have to be Catholic to admire this old building. Then we walked to the market. And on the market you have a choice of dining and drinking. There was a spot on the terrace at "pick-me-up. We have not looked further and immediately seized the wicker chairs. Unfortunately for other people, but we had a place. LOL That is a legitimate criterion for choosing a snack bar.

Location

It is ideally situated on the Market of Den Bosch. The address is very simple Markt 38.
It is reachable by walking, you can not come by car. We found just a nice place here and visited an information center for the renovation of the city walls. That's what you also see the market square of Den Bosch. Beautiful old buildings. I think Den Bosch a feather in your cap to preserve their cultural. This cafe has a large terrace. Especially on sunny days, it is quite full. You can sit outside eating, partly by the large canopy. It's a heated patio.

Interior

With two steps you go inside. Inside is an amazing device. You expect a pub, but it's a modern interior. A beautiful wooden floor. Behind the buffet. In the room are tables and chairs arranged so you have your privacy. Left and right are the tables and chairs placed. The toilet you have to search. Normally you expect the back of the room. I asked a friendly lady and she pointed to a staircase near the door where you are entered. The toilet is down. On a large blackboard is written in big letters toilet with a downward arrow. You walk down the stairs. Meanwhile, I think, well this is really not handicapped friendly. Then you enter in a laundry room and the toilets are left for the ladies (two) and a toilet for the men. The toilet itself is very narrow but clean.

Staff

The staff is friendly and ready for you to quickly provide a cup of coffee. Well groomed, with a delicious cookie. It is a typical eatery. You can go here for lunch and dinner. The shop is open for lunch (and / or breakfast) from 9.00 am to 17.00 pm and dinner is possible 17.OO to 21.30 hours. And special is that every day of the week open. It appears that in this eatery also dishes can pick up (from the side of the building). And you can deliver meals at home. This is of course in the center of Den Bosch a good idea. There is an extensive lunch menu. And if you see signs neatly served along with the fresh baguettes, then you start salivating. I advise you to check out a fresh baguette or take a well-stocked salad. The prices are real good. Between 4 and 12 euros you can eat well.

Pay

You can pay the easiest by cash. Because when I wanted to use my debit cart, I had to walk along.

General

It is a cafe / restaurant that looks very tidy and a good functioning one. The prices are reasonable. The care is excellent. I think it's a cozy place in the center of Den Bosch. But not very disabled friendly.
