The most photographed cypress tree of the region is right here on Pebble Beach and is 150 years of age. That particular stop is usually very crowded as visitors want to capture their personal angle of the famed tree. We did the same. When you get down to sea level, one of the best and most fun things to do is to view the seal community on 2 main large rockbeds far away enough from the shore that you cannot see them with the naked eye. There are multiple viewing telescopes and for 25 cents, you can get a good laugh.
