When you eat out in Hong Kong, there is something you should be aware...
You have to prepare you money when people they hand you the bill. When you eat out in America, the waiter hand you the bill and they walk away. On the other hand, the waiter in Hong Kong will stand besides you waiting impatiently until you put the money / credit card on the tray. I found it very uncomfortable by doing that because folks like us like to take time to split the charges. By having a waiter standing next to you and look down on calculate how much each party should be split seems embarrassing... end of story..

One of the best things I love to do in Penn. State is trying to visit every State Park equipped with Modern Cabin. Why? It is the most economy way to have family fun together while you can enjoy the nature. For those of you who would like to go hard core... they do provide camping ground as well. Take Ricketts Glen State Park as an example, you can go swimming, fishing, horse back riding, boating... did I mention they have at least 22 named waterfalls down there. The highest one is 94 foot long.

The modern cabin equipped with microwave, fridge, stove. Bathroom are clean. Never expect camping in modern cabin will be so comfortable. They have the park rangers in patrol. It is great for couples / family weekend getaways.

Top of the Rock

Attraction | "Rockefeller Center"

You will find a bronze status named "Atlas" in front of Rockfeller Center. It located across 5th Ave from St. Patrick's Cathedral. The sculpture depicts the Ancient Greek Titan Atlas holding the heavens. The North-South axis of the sphere on his shoulders point towards the North Star. The sculpture is 15 feet tall, while the entire statue is 45 feet tall and it weighs seven tons. It was installed in 1937 and created by sculptor Lee Lawrie with the help of Rene Paul Chambellan.

Do you know that back in 1937.. people did protest about this bronze status and claiming that it looked like Mussolini.
