Moose McGillycuddy's has fantastic Happy Hour specials on food and drinks. My daughter (5) and I ate there on Tuesday. The Fish Tacos were delicious. She liked the French fries and we took the chicken home with us. My son (7) ate the chicken later and really enjoyed it.

I would eat here again but would only order carry out. It is a bar atmosphere and some of the wall hangings are "adult humor." Fortunately, my daughter wasn't able to read. That being said-the food is very good and the Happy Hour specials make the meals affordable!

The Lifetime in Hawaii condominium is conveniently located in the Royal Kuhio building in Waikiki. It is a few blocks away from the beaches, upscale shopping, shopping malls, and the street performers on Kalakaua Avenue.
The studio room contained a complete kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and lanai. The full kitchen was nicely furnished with a stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster in addition to a plethora of cooking utensils. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small box of dishwasher soap and an extra roll of paper towels . The dining table with four chairs was very comfortable. A series of the sliding screens can separate the sleeping area from the living room. The Sleep Number bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a toilet and shower in a separate room from the sink area. There was a small table and two chairs on the lanai. There are also two large closets with room to hold all your clothes and suit cases. One rainy afternoon we used the DVD player.There is a small air conditioner that keeps the condo around 69 degrees but not much cooler. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets and spectacular firework shows from the lanai. The Hilton Hawaiian Village has a firework show every Friday night at 6:45 P.M.
Lifetime offers a free parking space! This alone can save over $100 per one week visit. The parking garage uses a keyed entry. Using the parking garage requires the use of a specific elevator. You must take the elevator down to the lobby, exit a secure area, cross through the lobby and enter in a secured area for the condo. We were able to access the entire island using the bus system from just outside the Royal Kuhio building.
The pool, activities center, and laundry room are located on the 7th floor. There are plenty of lounge chairs available for relaxation. The huge laundry room is conveniently located near the pool. You won’t have to wait on somebody to remove their clothes from the washer as there are many machines. The exercise room is equipped with some Nautilus machines, a couple of elliptical machines and a couple of exercise bikes. Also located on the 7th floor is a small slide for very young children, a shuffle board, a putting green, tennis court, pool tables and a ping pong table. Equipment can be checked out from Security on the first floor with a small deposit. Ping pong paddles are available by the table as well as a ping pong ball vending machine.
The Lifetime in Hawaii condo worked great for our family of two adults and two children, ages 5 and 7. Its convenient location allowed us to easily access multiple activities. The building was clean and the staff was very friendly.
