Seamus and Marilyn, the owners, are outstanding people. They are very generous and love chatting up the guests. Be sure to set apart some time to visit with them.
The breakfast was amazing traditional Irish breakfast of eggs, salted ham, soldiers (sausages), black and white pudding, mushrooms, and a small tomato. We also had porridge that had no less than a half stick of butter and a half cup of cream.
The location is perfect for hitting all the Wicklow County attractions including Lough Tay (also known as Guinness Lake and filming location for Braveheart), Glendalough, St. Kevin monastic ruins, Wicklow Way trails, and tons of lesser known stuff.
