Quote: I was on a business trip in Bangkok and I have nothing to do on weekends. The locals said I must visit the temples and should not miss Wat Pho, home of the Reclining Buddah.

One will experience various feelings when visiting this temple. First, you will be amused at how many times they put up a sign that entrance is not free and you need to buy a ticket...

The you will be amazed at the size and serenity of the Reclining Buddah. Added to that was the chance to participate in a simple ritual of dropping coins into metal bowls lined up at the side of the temple.

It's also a photographer's haven as the structures around and inside the temple's compound are all picture-worthy.
