Attraction | "Tour of where the Titanic was made"

Monument of big fish where tour starts in Belfast Photo, Belfast, Northern Ireland

This is a great boat tour showing where the Titanic was made and a great boat trip across the River Lagan. It runs daily between April and September and on Weekend days at other times of the year. It costs £10 at present and the tour lasts approximately 80 minutes. It leaves from the Jetty 2 area beside the Lagan Lookout centre, where a newly built big fish attraction is on place. The Titanic was made born and sailed to Liverpool from here and locals are proud of the fact and despite the Titanics untimely death Belfast people say "She was alright when she left here!!!"Scheduled guided Titanic tours take in the historic Harland & Wolff shipyards and the famous Titanic sites around ...Read More

Allens tours do a causeway tour from Belfast, Donegal Road. Their offices are conveniently situated on Donegal Road outside the Belfast International Youth Hostel. You can also walk or take a bus from the city centre here. Check out www.translink.com for details, or just ask for any bus going past Shaftesbury Square at the city hall. The tour costs £20 at present and online booking is recommended. It departs from outside the youth hostel at 10 am daily and they also do hotel pickups in the city.I took the tour at 10am which started off with a visit to Carrickfergus castle, a beautiful old Norman castle in County Antrim. The castle was amazing and you get to do the tour inside. Make sure yo...Read More

Belfast City Tour

Attraction | "A great value all you can see in Belfast tour."

This tour is honestly one of the best you can do as it goes to all parts of the city: South, East, West and North. It is good value for money costing £12.50 (concessions available) for a 48 hour ticket. It is hop on hop off access so you can leave at any time to explore the site that it stops at and get the following bus. The tour leaves from Castle Place, in the city centre of Belfast and you can get tickets from the agents who are standing in the area handing out leaflets. The tour is on a double decker open top bus and you get a great tour guide, who will explain the history of the city centre and its architecture, including the Albert Clock and the newly reinvated Custom House Square. Belfast Late Night Art Tour

Attraction | "A hidden tour with great insight into Belfast's art"

As a local Belfast inhabitant I have been on this tour several times. I want to review the tour to make it aware to tourists coming to Belfast city. Several tours are hidden and people get caught up in the Tourist trap, including the many city tour buses that are quite expensive. This tour is unique in that it transports people on a bus, through various parts of the city to see art galleries. Belfast has got recognisable status in recent years for its famous art and many art galleries and history and this tour gives a great insight into the many galleries and the exhibitions that are featured throughout the city. The tour starts at the Naughton gallery which is by Belfast's famou...Read More

Belfast Music Tour

Attraction | "A great tour giving a tour of Belfast's musical history."

As this is the first review of this tour, i was not able to add the address as the tour departs from the Ulster Hall, Bedford Street (At the back of the city hall) on the first Sunday of every month. You can buy tickets at the Belfast Welcome Centre at Donegal Place. The tickets cost £8 and are a bargain price, for what you get on the tour. The tour begins at the Ulster Hall at 2 pm and people are given a free tour of the historic building itself which held several famous concerts over the years. The hall holds about only 2000 people and with bigger venues in the city nowadays such as: The Waterfront hall and The Odyssey it tends just to play to minor comedians and local celebrities, rather...Read More
