Accustomed to the comfort of my own finely-tuned and very well-maintained Wrangler, riding in the back of a rugged Jeep with loose suspension on a safari into the backwoods of Sedona, was better in theory! Although a beautiful experience, I got to know our fellow passengers a little too closely on this expedition. Furthermore, the ride is somewhat reminiscent of a four day gallop on horseback.My personal recommendation...whether you take your own vehicle or rent one...DO IT YOURSELF!
