In this building different events of Raja Chahtrapati Shivaji are shown through painting.Raja Chatrapati Shivaji in his early days, then his meeting with Shayiste Khan,Afzal Khan, Conquering of Kondhana (Shingad) fort,Raj Abhishek (Sworn Ceremony),Raje Making Justice,Taking lessons of War & Politics from his mentor Dadaji Kondev.Also few weapons like Sowrds,guns are also kept in display box. Also Satellite map of Maharastra is displayed at the center.

Rajiv Gandhi Zoo
This Zoo is also popularly known as Katraj Snake Park as it is located in Katraj & has a variety of Snake species. Other animals like White Tiger, Leopard, Elephant, Peacock, etc are also kept in the zoo.
At least 2.5 to 3 hrs are needed to explore it leisurely be ready to walk ,otherwise you can hire battery operated vehicles which has a capacity to accommodate 10 people. Zoo has boating facility in Katraj lake which in the middle of the Zoo,but currently services are stopped as some people had spotted Crocodile in the lake.

Entry Fee:-Rs.10 for adults & Rs.5 for kids. Foreigners :-Rs.25
It is closed on Wednesday.
You have to deposit Rs.10 for every Bottled water at the entrance which is refunded which you exit

Gandhji was kept under house arrest in this building with his wife Kasturbha Gandhi. Also Shri Mahadeobhai Desai, Dr. Sarojini Naidu and others were kept under imprisonment in the Agha khan Palace during 1942- Quit India movement.This heritage building is maintained by ASI (Archeological Survey of India)

It is an old Peshwa era Structure now taken over by Goverement,it has Post Office & Library.It also houses small models of some old remarkable buildings of Pune like Nana Wada, Kasba Ganpati, Peshwa Daptar (Office),Omkareshwar Temple,Trishund Temple,Mandai (Vegetable Market),etc.

Opposite to Vishrambaug Wada is Tulsibaug which is a narrow shopping lane , a mini paradise for females to buy all kinds of goods related to household & fashion. But don’t forget to bargain,or directly go to Tulsi Shop which has fixed rates so no chances of getting cheated.

A royal residence built by the second Peshwa, Bajirao-II ,now in ruins, but under good care of ASI (Archeological Survey of India) only Plinth level is present. If Big Ben represents London, Eiffel Tower represents Paris then Shaniwarwada represents Pune.

Entry Fee for Indians:-Rs.5 & for foreigners Rs.100 or 2$.
It is daily open from 08:00 to 18:00.
Also a show on the life of Peshwa is shown from 19:15 to 20:15 in Marathi language &
second show in English from 20:30 to 21:30.
