Wanting something besides the great seafood found in Rockport my friend and I decided to give Bellino's a chance. Big mistake. Dinner at Bellino’s started off promising as we were met promptly at the door, seated right away, and Hazel, our waitress, got our drinks right out to us and the tea was very good. Unfortunately, that was to be the highlight of the night.The bread and dipping oil were served first but neither had any flavor. The dipping oil was just plain Olive Oil with a few toasted capers thrown in. Jama's Kitchen

Restaurant | "Cute Place and Good Food"

Although Jama’s Kitchen is known for its cheesecake (over 110 flavors) we went for breakfast. The day we went it was a bit cloudy so instead of sitting on the patio, which sits next to a few other shops, we sat inside.First thing you notice is the eclectic décor. There were pink flamingos hanging from the ceiling and if you are a Marilyn Monroe fan you could sit under a 16 x 20 photo of her. Music ranged from the 60’s to 90’s and it was not intrusive. You could easily have a conversation.Service was great as our waitress quickly took our order. We each had a cup of coffee and a huge Belgian waffle. I also added bacon.
