My wife and I were looking for a hotel that would allow us to park our car and walk to restaurants and bars, and the Greenporter was a good choice for this, even if we were in the middle of the off season and there were not many open restaurants or bars to be found. The Greenporter advertises itself as a design hotel and while it does a certain converted-50's-motel charm and the hotel lobby and restaurant are quite well done, the rooms are a bit bare and the decor leaves a little to be desired.
