Christmas Trip To Richmond

This hotel Visit was by far the most superior experience I have had to date. From arriving and being greeted by a very friendly valet, who was very polite and not just there "to collect tips." My bags were immediately brought inside and I was greeted by the bellhop as well and the front desk attendant. Checking in was quite fast and very pleasant as well. The staff was very helpful in escorting me to my room, explaining all the services offered, and also in explaining dining times and how to order food to my room.

The food in the La mare restaurant was outstanding and the building , as well as the decor, was beautiful. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming into the Richmond area and plan to use it every time I return.
