Ah…it’s February, and thoughts of romance fill the air! We’ve stopped at El Parque del Amor in Lima’s upscale Miraflores District. As we enter the park under the arch, I gasp at the larger-than-life sandstone sculpture just ahead of us. It’s of a man and a woman, locked in each other’s arms.
