This building is built around 1570 and for a time was used as a community dwelling. It was reconstructed and decorated with XVI century furniture and you could say it is now a small hacienda. This is a fun restaurant, with excellent choices of typical Mexican food. The sopes poblanos are a succulent wide kind of tortilla fried with black beans, spicy meat and suce on top. You could avoid using your hands, but beleive me, it is not as tasty.

The restaurant is the one that serves the Holiday Inn Aeropuerto, just in case you couldn't get a room in Mesón de Santa Rosa Hotel (see journal). However, the sight is better here, you have a panoramic sight of the city, specially romantic at night. Food is very good, with standards you will find at any Holiday Inn
