Overview

- Perfect white sand beaches - Arab houses and cool, tiled interiors - Lively, eclectic street life

Quick Tips:

- dress modestly - this is a Moslem country - learn some Swahili

Best Way To Get Around:

- A dala-dala - local bus - will take you anywhere for less than a dollar.
A chilled out, low budget hostel, one minute from a paradise beach. Rooms are little palm-thatch cottages with mosquito nets - some have ensuite bathrooms. Delicious local food, fresh seafood, a funky reggae bar and perfect peace and harmony! Mustapha's Place is now online: The URL is www.mustaphasplace.com - check it out!
