Hotel Leonardo is a great little place, that’s not too far from Charles Bridge and the Old Town. It’s not IN Old Town, but it’s not a far walk.There are a couple little, local restaurants, just down the street for dinner that we also visited.This is a small, boutique hotel with only 82 rooms. There is an Italian restaurant and a lounge, on the premises.The best part is the breakfast buffet that’s included in your room rate. It’s down in the ‘basement’ and there’s enough food here to keep you alive for a month. Prague, Czech Republic

This is a piece of advice that is invaluable.Let me just say that we are seasoned travelers, who have been all over Europe and don't have a problem using public transportation in foreign countries, so when we used a taxi late at night in Prague, we were taken for quite a bit of money.......We arrived in Prague at 1030pm, on a train from Salzburg. Now this is a 7 hour train ride, with a change of trains in Linz. We were supposed to arrive at 955pm, but we were running a little late.By the time we got to Prague, we were exhausted and just wanted to get to the hotel.
